Municipal executive starts the drafting of the Regulation on limited and prohibited actions at the Historic Centre

Proceeding from the “Online Transparency of Prizren Municipality” project, EC Ma Ndryshe has partaken in the subsequent meeting of the Mayor, Mr. Ramadan Muja, with the municipal directors, in which a number of decisions were rendered.

According to the Law No. 04/7-66 on the Historic Centre of Prizren, Prizren Municipality is obliged, within the provisions of this Law, to draw up a regulation on the limited and prohibited activities within the Historic Centre of Prizren.

As for this task, Prizren municipal government has established a seven-member committee consisted of different departments, which will draw up this regulation. This committee will be composed of two members from the Directorate of Urbanism and Spatial Planning, one each from the Directorate of Public Services, Directorate of Culture, Directorate of Tourism, Directorate of Inspections and one member from the Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments as well.
